Generally, we are looking for the following qualities in the cleaners we employ:
All our cleaners are employed directly by the company and are given a contract of employment after a succesful trial period. Our cleaners receive holiday pay, and deductions for tax and national insurance are made where applicable.
We do not use self employed cleaners.
Our rates of pay are dependant on experience and the type of cleaning carried out. But rates start at £7.25 per hour rising to £9.00 per hour.
Our cleaners are paid weekly by bank transfer.
